A quick update regarding transport at the moment after the end of the transition period on the 31st December 2020.
We know everyone's waiting for dates of our next trips and when we can receive items at the UK warehouse again and we're really sorry we can't give this to you yet. We understand it's frustrating but we are keeping up with all updates from the relevant government and industry bodies and readying ourselves in any way we can. At the moment, there are no provisions in place for customs clearance of transport for private individuals – we have been advised this is now being discussed at government level so are hopeful there will be some news very soon. Of course we'll update again as soon as we can and then be able to give more information on dates, quotes and any details we'll need from you. Until then it's still best not to send anything to the UK warehouse.
