Brexit and transport
The end of the transition period came on the 31st of December 2020. This means the UK has exited the EU, including the Customs Union and Single Market.
Procedures have therefore changed for transport to and from the UK. At Delfini Transport we are constantly keeping up to date with all the latest information on the customs formalities that are now necessary.
We are back on the road between the UK and Greece and are able to offer customs clearance on all of our services so that you can be sure your goods are legal and compliant. Currently we're transporting as often as possible (check our our latest updates here) but hope soon to be able to announce regular dates again for departures.
The UK warehouse is open again for deliveries but please contact us first to discuss your needs and the processes involved.
If you would like a quote or have any questions at all about the new procedures please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll be able to give you as much information as possible - we have also updated our ask us page with some further details.
